Welcome to the HUMN Pharma Affiliate Program!

We are excited to invite you to join our Affiliate Program. This program is designed to create a mutually beneficial partnership with our affiliates, rewarding you for your efforts in promoting HUMN Pharma products.

Commission Structure

• Commission Rate: Affiliates will receive a 20% commission on the sales price of products purchased through their unique affiliate links.
• Returns and Refunds: Commissions are not earned on returned or refunded products. In the event of a return or refund, the corresponding commission will be deducted from future commission payments.
• Lifetime Customer Association: Once a customer makes a purchase through an affiliate link, they are permanently associated with that affiliate. The affiliate will continue to earn commissions on all future purchases made by that customer.
• Cookie Duration: Our program uses lifetime referral cookies. However, it is important to note that cookie duration is subject to the customer’s browser settings and actions, such as clearing cookies, which are beyond our control.
• Single-Level Program: Our program operates on a single commission level. You earn from direct sales generated through your affiliate links, without multi-level commission structures.

Eligibility and Enrollment

• Geographic Focus: This program is targeted towards affiliates who will sell to customers based in North America.
• Application Process: Interested parties must apply through the HUMN Pharma affiliate program page. Approval is at our discretion, based on the compatibility of your platform with our brand values and target audience.

Affiliate Obligations

• Promotion: Affiliates are encouraged to actively promote HUMN Pharma products on their platforms (websites, blogs, social media channels, etc.).
• No Impersonation: Affiliates must not impersonate HUMN Pharma or present themselves in a way that might mislead others into believing they are directly representing or are part of HUMN Pharma. Affiliates should clearly disclose their independent role.
• Content Guidelines: All promotional materials must be truthful and not misleading. Affiliates should avoid making any false claims about HUMN Pharma products. Please email info@humnpharma.com for any reviews of, or questions about, claims you intend to make about HUMN Pharma products, and we will be happy to support you.
• Compliance with Laws: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to advertising and consumer protection.

Payment Terms

• Payout Schedule: Commissions are calculated every two calendar weeks and paid out within 7 days of the end of each period.
• Minimum Payout Threshold: A minimum of $20 in commissions must be accrued before payout.
• Payment Method: Payments will be made via PayPal.

Term and Termination

• Duration: The affiliate relationship will continue unless terminated by either party.
• Termination Rights: Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify any of the terms and conditions within this agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes at least 10 days in advance of the effective date of the modifications.
